This is a temporary stash place for concepts in the Vanguard Oakenfold story.

The bright room (working name) is a limbo-land type place surrounded in light, much like the construct in the Matrix, or the afterlife white zone in Harry Potter when he dies and sees Voldemort as a tiny huddling troll. The bright room consists of endless beds, in endless rows and endless columns, with glass ceilings to see all of them. Around every one-or-more beds is an attendee of those beds. Vanguard awakens in one bed of two, with one attendant, and learns that the three of them (himself, the attendant, and the person in the bed next over) are the same person, split in three ways, acting as one in different ways.

Vanguard, Auergris, and the attendant, were once a single being, and was chosen from among its race for its creativity upon its death and judgement, and divided into 3 distinct creatures all holding the same overall identity. Auergris chooses the chaos/evil path, Vanguard chooses the order/good path, and the attendant is the scribe of the entire adventure. The
